Happy Birthday Libra if you're born today or you are a 9* Libra Rising or 9* Libra Moon sign you may have lots of angst and perhaps gripes to go long with that angst. You definitely have complaints too and lots of them. You may also feel that time escaped you or that you lost your valuable time chasing a dream that never materialized or came true. Well, there's always tomorrow and you're never too young or too old to start over. You dig deep this year and discover your real self and all your many unique talents. In love though you're much more cautious but even here you'll try out different people and try to keep an open mind.
