Happy Birthday #Libra if you're born today or you are a 3* Libra Rising you could pay the price for being mum or going off the radar for so long. Sure, you probably needed time to find yourself. However, don't expect everyone to understand or raise a toast to you when they haven't heard from you in a long time. Rebuild your relationships, connections and friendships one at a time.
