The New Moon Annular Solar Eclipse 19°33’ Taurus,  occurs tonight at 8:28 pm est and 5:28 pm pst. In the sign of Taurus ruler of loyalty, determination, accumulation, money, personal assets, comforts and spiritual and moral values. New Moon's always start new cycle's of energy, send us in a new direction and focus our emotions on what's important for that new cycle.  New Moon Eclipses are a whole other ball game.  The cycle is more intense and the things that happen to us are impressed upon our psychological minds for longer periods of time.  We are definitely affected by what happens to us during a New Moon Eclipse.
This week we saw two very extreme sides of women's lives, as it relates to sexual abuse depicted by Saturn _RX in Scorpio along with the Lunar North Node in Scorpio and neither was pretty. The Moon rules women and of course now we know that Saturn _RX in Scorpio along with the Lunar North Node in Scorpio, is not only bringing lots of sex scandals but exposing sexual abuse in it's worst form. 
It's not over yet, the 3rd pass of Saturn along with the Lunar Nodes and another eclipse series gets underway in October through November 3rd, 2013, with the new Moon eclipse occurring in the sign of Scorpio. Could there be another amazing rescue or escape? Maybe. These planets warn us about excess, so guard your children, teens be careful and everyone practice safety.
