On Sept. 19th the same day that Saturn comes out of its shadow so does the personal planet Mercury, at 18* Virgo and both planets aspect the North and South nodes. The personal planets like Mercury, Venus and Mars bring the experiences of the outer planets home to us. Since Virgo is the 12th house to the sign of Libra this indicates a time of completion and endings. Additionally, with every ending there is always a new beginning.
