Neptune and Freedom
Neptune in Pisces has a long history of freeing oppressed citizens. It was first proposed that women have the right to vote in Seneca Falls, NY in 1848 when Neptune was at 2* Pisces, it wouldn’t be until August 1920 when Uranus was at 3* Pisces that the Nineteenth Amendment in August, 1920 guaranteed a Women’s right to vote. It has only been 91 years that women could vote in the Unites States. Slavery was abolished in the Constitution of the United States January 31, 1865 also after a long and bitter battle while Neptune transited Pisces.
