What's your rising? How do you find your Birth Time

Your birth time is essential to knowing your rising sign or in astrology terms your ascendant. Many people don't know what time they were born though. If you want to find out what time you are born in the USA you have to contact your state's archives department and and fro a small fee make a request for your birth certificate and a special request for the time of birth.  By law since 1932 the times were documented in the USA.
When that fails you can always have your time of birth rectified by an astrologer using important dates in your life.
